What does The Quilting Parlour carry?
We offer a wide selection of premium quilting fabrics, notions, sewing supplies, and the latest sewing, quilting, and embroidery machines.Do you offer machine repair services?
Yes. Our certified service department provides repair services for many sewing and embroidery machine brands. A $50 non-refundable diagnostic fee is required at drop-off. This fee will be applied toward the repair cost or credited toward the purchase of a new machine if the customer decides not to proceed with the repair.Do you offer customer discounts?
Yes. To receive a Guild, Military, or County Teacher discount, customers must present current, valid identification at each visit. Expired IDs or memberships cannot be accepted.Is there a minimum for credit or debit card purchases?
Yes. All credit and debit card transactions require a minimum purchase of $15. No exceptions.Do you still honor the Preferred Customer (PC) Card?
2026 will be the final year of the Preferred Customer 20% Discount Card. A new rewards program will be introduced on April 1, 2026, and will be available to all customers at no cost.Can I reserve a MakerSpace seat?
Yes. MakerSpace seats available in 2-hour slots starting Jan 20, 2026.Is there a fee to use the MakerSpace?
MakerSpace use is free, but a $15 deposit is required to reserve a seat. This deposit can be applied as store credit on the day of your reservation or saved to your account for future use.How many people can use the MakerSpace at one time?
The MakerSpace accommodates up to five makers at a time.What is included when I reserve a seat?
A reserved seat provides access to a worktable, power outlets (suitable for travel-sized sewing machines; embroidery units are not permitted), a pressing station, and the cutting table with mats and tools located just inside the employee-only area.Can I reserve a larger space for big projects or quilt basting?
Yes. Larger projects, please use the QP Inspiration Space, which is designed to accommodate big projects and group work.When can groups reserve the Inspiration Space?
Starting January 20, 2026, groups may reserve the Inspiration Space when it is not being used for classes.What is the Inspiration Space used for?
The room is ideal for cutting, sewing, meetings, and larger group projects that require extra workspace.How much does it cost to reserve the space?
The fee is $5 per person, per hour, with a three-hour minimum. Payment must be made in advance at the time of reservation.How do we reserve the space?
Reservations cannot be made online. Groups must call the shop or request a reservation in person.Is the space free for charity quilting activities?
Yes. Charity quilting groups may use the Inspiration Space at no charge, provided they can supply verifiable documentation of their charitable activity.
