Expert Repair & Maintenance — Right Here On-Site

Our service department is located in-house for your convenience, specializing in repairs and tune-ups for domestic sewing machines, embroidery machines, and sergers.

We have two certified Bernina and Brother technicians who complete all services onsite. We also repair most major brands and models, including Bernina, Brother, and Husqvarna Viking.

Please note: Viking machines may be transported off-site for repair by our certified Husqvarna technician.

What to Bring With Your Machine

To make your service experience smooth and efficient, please include:

• Foot pedal
• Power cord
• Regular zigzag foot
• Any specific foot or accessory related to the issue

Please leave all unrelated items at home, as we cannot take responsibility for their loss or damage.

Service Fees

• Diagnostic Fee: $50 (non-refundable)
  Charged at drop-off and applied to your final service total.
• Hourly Rate: Approximately $125/hour, plus parts
• After your machine is evaluated, our technician will contact you if additional work or parts are needed beyond a standard tune-up.

A tune-up includes:

• Basic cleaning
• Lubrication
• Mechanical adjustments (timing, tension, etc.)

If a machine cannot be repaired, or if you choose not to move forward, it must be picked up within 14 days.

Warranty

We provide a limited 30-day warranty on the work performed by our technicians.

This warranty does not cover new or unrelated issues discovered during or after transport. Most replacement parts also carry a 30-day warranty.

Liability Policy

Quilting Parlour is not responsible for:

• Manufacturer defects
• Undisclosed mechanical issues
• Warranty-covered repairs outside Bernina and Brother
• Damage from transport
• Pre-existing conditions or previous repair complications

We encourage all customers to test their machines promptly after pickup.

Any repairs needed beyond the warranty window will incur standard service fees.
